Terms of Condition

Thank you for choosing Atlanta Falcons Limousine and AirStation Travels & Transportation for your upcoming transportation needs. Please remember, our terms and conditions are created for the Safety of our passengers, employees, others, and equipment. By making your reservation with Atlanta Falcons Limousine and AirStation Travels and Transportation, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions…

 

BILLING: We require a valid credit card and a credit card authorization form to secure all reservations, all major credit cards are accepted. To guarantee service a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required on ALL reservations $150 or more, the remaining balance is due on the day of service. If you decide upon another form of payment, please contact the office at 404-829-0280 as soon as possible with the new information. A 15-minute grace period will be effective following the reserved time. After this period, you will be subject to the hourly rate. Any additional charges including, but not limited to, “Additional Wait Time”, “Gratuity”, “Fuel Surcharge”, and other fees will be itemized on the paid invoice-which is provided only upon request.

 

SEDAN/SUV SERVICE RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS: All reservations are dependent on availability and are only valid once we have received the deposit (where applicable) and a member of our team has reviewed the information and sent a confirmation email with your routing details. The passenger/client is responsible for reviewing your confirmation and ensuring that all details are correct. Should you find a discrepancy please notify our offices immediately. Cancellations are required at least 48 hours in advance of your pickup time. Atlanta Falcons Limousine and AirStation Travels and Transportation have the right to charge the FULL trip amount on your credit card if you do not cancel your reservation within the acceptable time limit of 48 hours without prior discussions with management.

AIRPORT RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS: All reservations are dependent on availability and are only valid once we have received the deposit (where applicable) and a member of our team has reviewed the information and sent a confirmation email with your routing details. The passenger/client is responsible for reviewing your confirmation and ensuring all the details are correct. Should you find a discrepancy please notify our office immediately. For all airport transportation cancellations, there will be a $50 cancellation fee if canceled within 24 hours of the trip, for any cancellations made 12 hours or less before the trip, the FULL

the amount will be charged.

SPECIAL EVENTS- LIMOUSINE AND BUS CHARTER SERVICE: All reservations are dependent on availability and are only valid once a deposit is received and a member of our team has reviewed it and sent a confirmation email with your routing details. It is your responsibility to look over your confirmation and ensure that all details are correct. Should you find a discrepancy please notify our offices immediately. A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation. For a special event, reservations canceled within 30 days of the trip will be charged 50% of the trip. For any special event, reservations that are canceled within 15 days of the trip will be charged the total amount of the trip.

QUOTES: Quotes will be honored for 24 hours. After the 24-hour mark quotes are subject to change based on availability.

 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: We are not responsible for any articles lost, stolen, damaged, or left in our vehicles. Please check for your belongings before leaving the vehicle.

 

DRUG USE PROHIBITED: The law prohibits any kind of drug use. Any use shall result in the termination of the transportation and a full charge for services at the quoted rate.

 

SUITABLE BEHAVIOR: Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles. It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.

 

DAMAGES: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. The following fines will be charged should any of these instances occur:

  • Any and all damages, including each individual carpet/seat burn, will be charged at a minimum of $500.
  • Sanitation/Clean up fee is $500.
  • Broken glassware is $50 per item.

 

Any additional damage to the interior/exterior will be charged based on the cost of replacement or repair. The customer will pay any fines. There will be a $500 daily charge for each day vehicle is being repaired.


NO LIABILITY: Atlanta Falcons Limousine and AirStation Travels and Transportation is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Not responsible for delays or the termination of your trip caused by weather or unsafe road conditions. The driver has the right to terminate run without a refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
